Dutch law applies to all our offers, services and agreements.
The most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions of Dutch Shipping Agents (Algemene Nederlandse Cargadoorsvoorwaarden), including the UNUM-arbitration clause, apply to all our activities.
However, to all orders to us which exclusively concern the freight forwarding of goods, the most recent version of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX-conditions) excluding the arbitration clause, apply. The UNUM-arbitration clause of the General Terms and Conditions of Dutch Shipping Agents remains applicable without prejudice.
We explicitly reject all general terms and conditions of our (contractual) counterparties.
