The new economy to take care of our planet is called circular economy. Everything is labelled and in this way can be re-used. Plastic parts for instance which can not be re-used are then to be used as fuel. SeaWorks, working on tailormade solutions for a diversity of goods, manage such shipments of waste for powergeneration. This waste is packed in bales to be loaded and stowed in a tight way. SeaWorks arranged another transport from Ireland to the final destination, powerplants in Denmark which use this commodity as energy source.

It was a long and beautiful summer. Two pieces of generators had to find their way to Argentina. SeaWorks arranged for the transport of two units, each 13meter long and weighing 118mtons. The cargo was loaded from Italy, where our local partners arranged for the lashing and seafastening, all the way through to Buenos Aires within 35 days transit time. The cargo was safely and sound discharged at Buenos Aires where our local partner arranged for a smooth delivery to the client who was very satisfied with the swift and precise service! In the meantime the two generators have been installed.

Fitting three pieces of 50.25 meters length under deck is one of the features which makes the Sea-Works and Hong Fa fleet unique. The  36,000 dwt Blue-Whale Class multipurpose heavy lift vessel delivered these giant length pieces to the Port of Salvador in the North-East of Brazil and successfully completed the transportation of this project ex. China.

Two high end patrol boats have been loaded on the vessel Trent Navigator and transported from the Mediterranean to the port of Buenos Aires where they have been safely discharged and handed over to the respective authority.  Both the new-build patrol vessels have a length of 25 meters and service at a top speed of over 45 Knots.

SeaWorks has multiple in-house disciplines when is comes to the cargo variety which are moved around the globe. The company successfully contracted and arranged the first shipment of woodpulp in bales, part of a larger contract, from Salvador to China. The modern and geared box-shaped, open-hatch multipurpose vessel Mv. Giulia I was contracted to load this sensitive cargo.

SeaWorks, the dedicated and specialized provider of project and break-bulk ocean transport service, loaded Mv Symphony Spirit in partnership with Forestwave Navigation at Puerto Açu with 24 cable reels under and on deck. The vessel, one of a series of 8 project multipurpose carriers with the accommodation in front, sailed from Brazil mid-February for the East Coast of the United Kingdom. With her one hold/one hatch configuration, vessels cranes, experienced crew and shore support team a perfect match for the cargo and the customer’s needs. All units where efficiently loaded, stowed, lashed and secured according to our design which formed part of our transport scope.
